How it works
Bespoke programs, scoped in conversation with you. No fixed templates. Most run as multi-session series so participants can build practice and integrate the work over time. In-person, online, or hybrid, depending on your team.

About me
Former lawyer (Simpson Grierson, AMP Capital, Telefónica UK), turned facilitator in 2017. I bring corporate fluency, eight years of training experience, qualifications in mindfulness and meditation teaching, yoga and health coaching, and a degree in psychology.
I'm not here to tell you to relax more. I'm here to provide tools that work in the conditions you actually work in.
