Mindfully You  

I’ve created an online version of the step-by-step program I offer my Completely You one-to-one coaching clients to help more people experience the benefits of mindfulness and start living their best lives.

Featuring bite sized modules, video and audio content and downloadable workbooks, Mindfully You is for anyone who wants a simple, achievable and sustainable introduction to mindfulness that you can work through at your own pace.

 

Completely You 

I offer a limited number of 12 week one-to-one coaching programs for people who are looking for a tailored introduction to mindfulness and accountability to ensure they get the most out of it.

Workshops, retreats and events

I offer public mindfulness and yoga workshops and retreats. I am also available to run private workshops, courses and retreats for groups and workplaces.

Yoga

I'm also a registered yoga teacher and I teach group yoga classes at some of the loveliest spaces in Wellington. My classes are designed to help you find more ease in your body and mind. They focus on mindful movement and safe alignment, with strong emphasis on breath and body awareness. 

 

Ongoing support

For my Completely You and Mindfully You graduates, I offer ongoing one-to-one coaching sessions. Whether you're looking for a refresher, accountability, or support to achieve a new goal, learn more and book a session.
